Nissy Sri Lanka provides private guided tours, surfing lessons, scuba diving packages, day tours, vehicle rentals, custom travel itineraries, and related travel services across Sri Lanka.

All services described on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Tour itineraries, durations, and included services are as described on each tour listing page. Minor changes may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, local events, or circumstances beyond our control.

All bookings are subject to confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) from our team and any required deposit has been received.

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, travel dates, group size, and any special requirements at the time of booking. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or service disruptions.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard tours and at least 7 days in advance for custom itineraries, multi-day tours, and peak-season travel.

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

Payment methods accepted include cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or LKR), bank transfer, and select online payment options as communicated during booking.

A deposit may be required for certain tours, especially custom and multi-day packages. The remaining balance is typically due before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices generally include the services explicitly listed in the tour description. Entrance fees to national parks, temples, and other attractions are NOT included unless specifically stated. Your guide will inform you of any additional costs before entry.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

If Nissy Sri Lanka cancels a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather, or other force majeure events, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for travel within Sri Lanka.

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate in tour activities. Failure to disclose such information releases Nissy Sri Lanka from any related liability.

You are expected to behave respectfully toward local communities, wildlife, cultural sites, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a guest's behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful.

Compliance with local laws and regulations is your responsibility at all times during the tour.

Nissy Sri Lanka acts as a tour operator and, in certain cases, as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, transport providers, activity operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers.

We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, road accidents, or governmental actions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific tour or service in question.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation before traveling to Sri Lanka.

All content on the Nissy Sri Lanka website including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software is the property of Nissy Sri Lanka or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent from Nissy Sri Lanka.

Photos and videos taken during tours by our team may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

We collect and process personal information (name, email, phone number, travel preferences) solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking (e.g., sharing your name with a hotel for a reservation).

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.

Nissy Sri Lanka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
